National Institute of Public Health
The Covid epidemic has catapulted the website NIJZ to the most visited information platforms. In people's minds, it has become one of the key educational and informational centers in the field of public health, which dictated a renovation that better responds to people's needs.
Based on an in-depth analysis of needs and interviews with the general and professional public, we outlined a new user experience.
"Mobile" first approach
longer visit
of viewed pages due to better UX
Advanced filtration

Through 75% mobile users dictates a mobile first approach which offers the user without unnecessary noise quick access to the desired of information.
For this purpose, we highlighted popular content on the mobile version, and the search engine suggests searching for the most frequently searched strings, while the desktop is visually enriched by animation.
Regardless of the user's entry point, the platform develops in depth, where intelligently combines content related to interest. The visitor thus easily broadens the perspective of the topic of interest and at the same time informs himself about the contents of national interest in the light of wider social responsibility.
It is a conglomerate of information that, with the help of intelligent filtration, enables viewing of content by thematic areas, which are available to users in various formats (posts, videos, podcasts, publications, etc.), according to the preferences of target groups.
44% increasing the amount of time the average user spends on the page and almost 30% fewer pages viewed per visitor confirms that the renovation perfectly supported the needs. In this way, we better satisfy the more than half a million users who visit each year NIJZ.
