Advanced solutions with integrations of back-end systems of faculties
a solution with real results

The Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana, which is considered to be the oldest and largest humanities and social science faculty in the country, entrusted us with the renovation of its online appearance.
The goal is to present the operation of the faculty on a single platform. This covers 31 scientific fields and is divided into 21 departments, which until now mostly communicated through their own websites. The main challenge was to combine the size of the faculty and the heterogeneity of individual departments on a single platform with a single user experience.
We provided a single user experience with numerous integrations with back-end systems and urgent information about studies in real time, making the website the main communication tool for target groups.
From the perspective of the Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana, this kind of approach brings a unified communication and visual style, and above all a drastic savings in investment compared to the independent performance of individual departments.

Why do university websites look so similar when they address such different audiences?
At the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, we broke away from the ordinary and focused on its primary audience. We explored the niche segment of Generation Z to learn what they seek, what excites them, and what draws them in. Then we dared to do something different.
With a bold visual identity, we addressed this audience in the digital “geek” environment (computer games, science fiction, VR, Discord, etc.) where they spend much of their time. The site surprises them as soon as they enter and gives them a sense of familiarity. We also gave each secondary audience its own space.
We went a step further with tailored names for the main content sections, such as LVLUP na FE (“Level up at FE”) for Studying at FE, and IRL (“In real life”) for Life at FE. These names subtly tell the audience that we understand them and that FE is the right choice for them.
We met technical expectations too, paying special attention to site speed and achieving exceptional responsiveness of 1.26 seconds. That may mean little to the average visitor, but it impresses the target audience.
In the same bold spirit, we also ran an advertising campaign that effectively reached the target audience.
We dared to act and reached the target audience, connected with them, and introduced ourselves in a way that spoke to them. Above all, we dispelled the myth that studying electrical engineering is only for “tech geeks”.

The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine entrusted us with the renovation of the web platform, the aim of which was to equally present the various activities that operate under the auspices of the institution and to position the faculty as a provider of clinical and diagnostic services.
Website with modern presentation, whose inspiration is the rich world of nature, addresses very different target groups in a rather atypical way of such institutions, which is interwoven with subtle effects, thus arousing interest to such a level that the user indulges in intuitive exploration of the website. When the user selects an area of interest, it strategically guides him to segments in the interest of the faculty's needs and offers.
The result is numerous above-average indicators, including a drastic increase in visits and viewing of content, as well as the reputation of the brand, which with the renovation of the year 2018 proved that it can follow the latest trends in online communication.
In terms of user experience, graphic image and programming, it received several international upgrades, and in Slovenia it was named as the best website in (Diggit 2019), and with several other awards as an excess of online communication.

The website of the Faculty of Pedagogy in Ljubljana presents in a modern and fresh way the breadth of the teaching profession, which a graduate acquires and presents the possibilities for work or promotion, because on the one hand it wants to attract the best students who are deciding between professional faculties and pedagogical direction and on the other hand those who want to switch to the pedagogical direction (transcript).
The importance that the Faculty of Pedagogy has in creating future teaching staff is illustrated by the animation on the entry page, which responds to move the mouse through three different images (brain, light bulb and circle) that illustrate the universe.
The website is visited on average by more than 70% of mobile users, so the user experience is adapted to the latter; with easy navigation, a search engine and a clear content layout, enriched by your own photos. Due to the behavioral characteristics of mobile users, certain animations that would hinder the speed of access to information have been removed from the mobile site.
The progress from the point of view of online appearance has been remarkable (shift from the philosophy of displaying the building to communicating the added value brought by people), the responses of the target group are above average, and all other indicators show excellent fulfillment of criteria above average user experience.

From rigid school communication, we wanted to make a move to a modern platform, which offers many opportunities for education, especially practical. And this mainly through the added value of practical training, presented in a way that is adapted to young people, which is why we included a lot of visual material and integrated Instagram (which was innovative at the time of publication).
We upgraded this school performance by effectively communicating their external activities, which are intended for the general public. We created a simple overview of the activities and made it possible to easily apply directly to them.
We achieved faster access to the most relevant content and information for students, made it easier to apply for programs for the general public and, as a result, increased the number of visitors to the website.

Mojaizbira.si is a unique search platform that offers all information about professions and secondary schools in one place to help decide on a career path.
The user experience is adapted to the target group and comes from two paths - a young person who decides based on the profession he wants to pursue, or the school he wants to enroll in.
In 2023, we upgraded the classic appearance with modern artificial intelligence tools and added playful methods of education to make choosing a career path even easier.
